Introduction: Emergency departments (ED) typically practice a triage system to classify patients into priority levels. A is commonly used in crowded emergency rooms determine which patient should be seen and treated immediately.Objective: The objective of this study was evaluate the effectiveness triaging pathway guidelines for critical cases Department during COVID-19 outbreak.Case Presentation: Department, Taiping Hospital practicing consists two divisions; with respiratory symptoms (SARI) without impairment (non-SARI). snake bite presented at numbness site complaint difficulty open eyes, while tachycardia noted. However, no shortness breath or breathing reported. rapid screening done under Red Zone Luckily, survived stable reaction observed after Neuro Polyvalent Antivenom 50ml 500ml normal saline over one hour.Conclusion: available strategy guideline effectively practiced by paramedics when managing outbreak.
